I have never heard that. I have heard the getting on all fours and holding that position. I would go online there are quite a few sights that have different methods for getting baby to flip.
If your doc has been in the buisness for a long time I'd trust his/her suggestions on whst works. But yes I've heard all 4's works
I'm 28 weeks and I am a hula hoop fitness instructor. I actually just taught a class last night. It's great exercise especially for your hips and pelvis area. Idk if I can answer your question but I'm happy to see doctors recommending hula hooping while pregnant!
That sounds funny hula hooping but trust your doctor it might work. Sorry to hear the baby is breeched, depending on how long you have until birth the baby can move on his/her own without you evening know. Good luck & congrats.
Thank you all. Im 34 weeks now. Hoping he turns soon!
Downward dog and flip a lot when in bed it worked for me.
I think I know what your doctor means, yes it could work. I know I did hula hoop like motions on a exercise ball every day during my third trimester, not only did my baby flip but he also stayed in birth position until delivery.
