c section and belly bands?

Iv had 2 c-section but never used a belly band...any of you ladies used one? Dose it help? Dose it help with pain? Dose it help your stomach get back to prepregnacy ?

I binded with both my births, one vaginal, one c-section. To me it helped a lot with holding my stomach still as I healed from the section. Also it helped with getting back to that prepregnancy waist line faster...in my opinion.

P.s. im not sure if it helped with the pain, i never took my pain pills not even with my 3rd baby

I used it a girdle after my first two, and qas back to normal within 3 months, i didnt with my 3rd and i was left with a "mommy pouch" whic i could not get rid off no matter how healthy i ate or how much i worked out, needless to say i will be using one this time too, i hope this helps and happy pregnancy!
