ice ice baby

I am 9 weeks tomorrow the only thing that seems to help my neusea is chewing ice cubes and no food seems like something I could do. Any advice for the vomiting and neusea. I've tried alot of things even got prescribed reglan but I don't think it helps

I used altoids, the mint kind. I had to work and it helped me to keep the small ton in pocket and refill as needed.

I crave ice too like crazy but it has nothing to do with nausea. Your Dr can prescribe you stuff for intense nausea.

If you're chewing ice for the nausea and it works, good for you, though I'd try to get some crushed ice (chewing ice is bad for your teeth, it can crack the enamel).  If you're chewing ice because you crave it, check your iron levels.  Craving ice is a sign of anemia.

Dry to munch on very salty food and drink cold beverages.
