Pump and dump. Alcohol can stay in breastmilk long after the effects wear off. I think its 24 hours but not 100% sure. It depends on your metabolism, tolerance and how much you drank. Good luck!

Just looked it up and its 2-3 hours per drink for it to clear your system. So in your case, at least 9 hours to be safe.
I asked my midwife about this, and she said you need to allow 2 hours for every standard drink of alcohol you have before you have to pump and dump. I would do what the above poster said and give it at least 8 hours before you breastfeed. Maybe you'll need to give bubs some formula or stored breastmilk if you have it if he's hungry before then.
You should get the test strips.
