So I spoke with my doctor today and she said it's not harmful to the baby but she also said that as soon as I feel better to stop taking it...

If you were worried about it you should have asked in the ER. Did you tell the doctor you are pregnant? The doctor would not have prescribed something that was dangerous to your fetus. Tamiflu has a very limited window of time in which it can help with your symptoms. You need to take it so that it will help you to feel better. If you wait too long it isn't going to do you any good.

Call you're primary doctor tomorrow. It should be ok but ask to be sure
