I have inner hip pain. I'm 25 weeks. I tried positioning my pregnancy pillow so that my knees are apart and my ankles are apart to make my hips more aligned when I sleep. It helps....try a position that takes pressure off of the area that is in pain. Using proper body mechanics also helps me.
I had a lot of thigh pain about two or three weeks ago. I am 28 weeks also! My doctor said there is a lot of stretching in the area. I also read that you can have ligaments stretch and that a lot can feel weird in the legs, "groin", and even foot area and it is normal. .... going to pick up a pair of bigger shoes soon. Lol. Sandals should be fine but man I love my sneakers! Hope you feel better. The OB practice I go to recommends Tylenol and naps for everything. We arr almost there!
