Discomfort in the chest like heartburn and also in the middle of the back? Is it gas?'if so what can I do to get relief?
If its tightness accompanied by pain in the upper abdomen that radiates around to the back-it may be gall bladder related-especially if accompanied by vomiting. Talk to your doc about it.
Tums are safe during pregnancy
I would say acid reflex try some milk! Or the pregnancy safe alternative to tums I don't know if tums are safe or not by the way
