I need help ladies!

Ladies I'm 32 weeks along and my feet are so darn swollen.. Is there anything you ladies have tried to reduce the swollen? I can't even wear my shoes, only thing I can wear are my slippers.. Help ladies please..

Thank you so much ladies I just took a nap with my feet elevated and it did help reduce up a bit. But not much.. I hope they do by the time I go back to work on Tuesday if not boss is going to have a fit for me not going in.. Thankfully I have a dr appointment Tuesday morning

If you can't put your feet above your heart without laying on your back, then just above your hips will do. Latlying on your back will only decrease blood flow & make you retain more fluid in your feet. I usually soak mine in cool water with some Epsom salts & peppermint or tea tree oil-it helps cool them down & get the blood moving again. Also, increase fluid intake, even if you are technically getting enough water, with it being so hot & humid, you need more to compensate for sweating & dehydration. Try reducing salt intake too-makes you retain more fluid. Good luck mama!

All you can do is sit or lay with your feet above your heart and drink lots of water... I know the water seems like it would make it worse but it will flush you out... Good luck
