just turned 25 father

Me and my wife already have a beautiful daughter and are expecting a baby boy in March. Neither one of us have a long term career and I'm worried we won't be able to support our kids. Does anyone have any suggestions

Military is the way to go. You are secure , have great benefits and the government will pay for your education. If you and yours can put up with your deployments then look into it.

You could join the military or a trade such as welding or go to school... I think that the fasted way to a high paying career is through a trades union like union ironworkers and so on. Not to sound sexist, but as a woman I chose school, which is taking many years and it will pay off but if I had the muscle to bust rods I'd do it because it is high paying right away and increases after you become a journeyman, plus you can retire and they offer good benefits. (Some women do it, but I'm a small woman).

I say school too, there's a lot of government help such as daycare, food stamps,  wic, and welfare. I say go for those AND get an education. You would be setting a perfect example for your kids if you went to school while raising them. I am 25 and I have a two year old. I am also 30 weeks and my son got to watch me cross the stage last week, while I accept my AA. My family has been a huge a support because I'm bettering myself. If I just sat on welfare my family would disown me. It's temporary and you get a ton of benefits to help go to school. You can do anything you put your mind to.  Where there's a will there's a way. Don't let your kids be a set back or an excuse to not continue to grow as an individual.  Your life is just starting!  ♡ :)

Try putting in applications at your local plants the industrial industry (chemical plants, manufacturing plants, etc.) is really hot right now. A lot of times they will hire people with no experience so they can train you to be crane operators, whole watchers etc., and once you get on there it's a career kinda job. In my area there is Shell, Cheveron, Coke, Evonick,  ship yards and many others. Maybe there are opportunities in your area.

I have a 10 year old and am studying.  I fell pregnant on my 1st year at uni...and im now in my 2nd year and pregnant again! I won't lie...its hard but its better than doing nothing.  Knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel makes a massive difference.  Dont know where abouts in the world you are but here in the UK there is help for parents....we get financial support etc. Goodluck.

You can always figure it out. With my first son, I was getting cash welfare and food stamps and wic and I used that as an opportunity to go back to school. I went to school for free because I got financial aid and now im a nurse and supporting my family.

Go to school. It will be hard as heck but it will be worth it in the end. My sister in law went to nursing school while pregnant, had a full time job and a 4 year old at home. She had a lot of help from family but made it. She now makes over 60 thousand a year and doesn't have to worry. If you can just make it through and work together, it will be so worth it in the end!
