I had it. I lost about 20 lbs. I sipped on Gatorade. And the only food that I could get to stay down was oatmeal with vanilla and brown sugar in it and ritz crackers. By the end of my second trimester I was able to keep more food down and gained weight. It gets better.

I had it this pregnancy!! I'm 29+2 && it eased up alot so it is hope. I wish you girls get better soon in my first trimester i was in the hospital 5 times for that. It's horrible! It's part of pregnancy so try to keep that in mind, stay focused on the light at the end if the tunnel which is your baby! It sounds cliche but it's true. It's depressing also i feel what your going through ladies. Good luck

I have hypermedia too. Lost 15 lbs so far. In and out of hospital for IV drips. Only 14 weeks, long way to go.  Trying not to feel overwhelmed and depressed.
