keeping gender a secret from family

We had our ultrasound yesterday and the tech was pretty sure its a girl (since our baby kept her legs together) and our doctor said the tech will only tell you if she's like 90% sure. Well we decided not to tell our family's and just keep it between us...but it's so difficult. Esprcially when everyone keeps saying "oh I know its a boy" I just want to scream at them and say "it's a girl so stop it!"

We do not yet know the sex, but when we do, we also plan on keeping it a secret. It will definitely be hard, so I completely get it.

Same thing happened to us at our 21 week u/s. We told everyone that its probably a girl and no one believed us. They thought we knew for certain it was a girl and just didn't want to tell them!

We are having our first boy!!! Secret untill x mas eve when I suprise the family with a 3d u.s video and gender reveal. Im so excited I cant wait my 2 girls will be lovin it!

We found out we are having our 3rd girl and we are keeping it a surprise for everyone else. I think it makes it more exciting when the baby is born.  Everyone is insisting this one's a boy so it will be super fun at birth when they see our new girl.

I get that..i have a girl and everyones saying that this one is a boy..kinda want a girl to say ha! your wrong!atm i just think grrrr didnt realise you could see inside my womb!

We're not having another ultrasound. But I believe the ultrasound tech since she was our tech with our first and the same thing happened and she was right about that baby too.

I understand not wanting to know but knowing it and keeping it a secret...I never understood why honestly.

We're having our 3rd boy and are keeping it a secret too. We are experiencing the same thing,  everyone is saying "I bet it's a girl".

We are keeping ours a secret only because my sister is friend's with my ex husband and his wife. They are always asking my daughter what we are having. I have only told my mom and my husband's dad when the baby is do.

I say keep it a secret until your sure. But I find it funny that everyone was wrong. Lol. My mil thought we were having a girl but it's a boy!
