Go to CVS or a health food store, the is a product by Hylands called leg cramps. Its homeopathic and safe during pregnancy. I highly recommend it! Works for back cramps too. Also you can take a magnesium supplement that does wonders as well. I take both. Good luck.

In your feet & legs you have to walk on it to walk them out... It hurts but it works... Also, keep your feet warm.  Cold triggers them.  Wear socks around the house and leggings or something.

Cramps in your stomach best thing is tons of water, cramps in legs best thing is potassium so bananas as well as trying to stretch and loosen the muscle more after the cramp has subsides

Water/potassium/magnesium seem to be the most popular cures.
There's never a wrong time for a leg/glutes massage though!
I would say, if you can lay on your stomach comfortably, or support yourself with pillows to protect your belly while lying face down, go for it. I found it helped a lot until my belly really started popping.

With my 1st pregnancy I would get excruciating charly horses in my calf muscles at night. My doctor recommended a magnesium supplement & it gave me instant relief.
