loss of appetite

I'm 29 weeks pregnant with twins, and I'm losing my appetite completely. I do feel really hungry but then I lose all interest when I start to eat or even when I need to make something in order to eat. (As lazy as that sounds) lol so I tend to munch on little things here and there, and being that I'm pregnant with twins I don't feel like I'm getting enough calories and nutrition for them. Anyone else going through this?

I'm 36 weeks with twins. Your belly just has less real estate, making it harder and harder to eat. I also prefer cold things...I go through a lot of ice every day!!! I began using Metagenics Biopure protein powder in smoothies and I love it. A little pricey but worth it...there's no way I could eat the amount of protein that I'm supposed to otherwise!

I went through a stage where I never was really hungry or had much of an appetite.. I'm now 33 weeks and feel like I want to eat all the time... I'm also pregnant with twins. Either way they are going to take what they need from you regardless.

I just turned 29 weeks today and funny thing is yesterday and today I have no appetite for anything I know I need to easy so i tried to eat a little something today but I started to feel sick. So maybe this is normal to feel this way around this time in pregnancy.

I might try the smoothie thing too. I do drink ensures but don't feel like it does any justice. Thank you :)

Same here. I'm trying to have healthy snacks. I have fruit smoothies made with a handful of salad and protein mixed in. For some reason I'm able to have cold things more than anything. I disliked cold water but can't drink anything unless it's cold now.

I've read some ladies wanting to supplement with boost and the like. I'm considering it too, just gotta find an organic low sugar one :)
