I had my son prematurely 5 yrs ago (he's healthy) but my doctor has me on progesterone shots! I get them every wednesday! The oil in them makes it painful but it is so worth it!!

I had low progesterone & high testosterone even before pregnancy, then during pregnancy. I was scared because your body needs progesterone to maintain pregnancy. My doc had me use a supplement cream to boost levels and I had a smooth pregnancy. I thought maybe boy at first because of high testosterone levels, but when I found less than usual was actually available to my body (much was bound up by sex hormone binding globulin which means it's inaccessible to the body), I thought maybe girl. We ended up having a girl! :) Please do talk to your doc to see if you need a supplement though, as low progesterone is potentially concerning. Best of luck to you, mama!

I did with a pregnancy,  but sadly it ended in a miscarriage. But that is not to say you will do the same by no means.  Low progesterone can simply be you are really early in pregnancy. I would see an O.B. best wishes.
