As you get bigger you have to really mind your movements. Like how you move out of chairs and your bed. You can still get round ligament pain... But it should only be temporary. I'm 31 weeks 5 days...

Is it more on the sides, or lower, like cervical pain? I will also get a strong cramp, low & center, if I stand up too quickly, so perhaps if you move more slowly & deliberately it will help. Also, add more magnesium & you'll find you have fewer cramps. But with all "odd" symptoms, talk to your OB.
