lower back and labia pain?

I'm going on 27 weeks and its my first pregnancy, starting a couple weeks ago I've had lower back pain almost near my tailbone and pain in my left labia. It hurts the worst when I change my sleeping positions in the middle of the night and especially when getting out of bed first thing in the morning. I've read it could have to do with the baby pushing down on something or laying on something a certain way which causes the labia pain? It also hurts when I walk alot. Is anyone else having this kind of pain or have any suggestions? Thank you :)

Thank you for the helpful information :) my next appointment is April 8th I will be bringing it up to the doctor and see what she says. I was having back pain due to my sciatic before but it never would cause pain in my vagina lol, and with the sciatic pain in was mostly just on the right side but now the pain is on the left. Hopefully nothing too serious, I was interested in looking into one of those belly belts though even if it just helps a little especially since I have a while to go yet. I also seem to be carrying fairly low not sure if that has anything to do with the discomfort.

If u are in pain in the pelvic area, more so at the front of ur pubic bone or left or right side of ur vagina.it is more than likely symphious pubis disfunction. Its awful constant pain in ur pelvic area that can limit u from doing most activities. The pain worsens as pregnancy goes on.it can even last a few wks after. Try sleeping in silky pjs or on silky sheets to be able to slide in and out easier. Sleep with a pillow between ur legs.Keep.your legs closed getting in and out of bed.use an ice pack between the legs to sooth the pain.never cross ur legs.get a maternity belt for support. Limit all activities especially stairs and driving.go to ur hospital physio for spd and pelvic girdle pain classes. Get crutches if necessary and go on bed rest if u can. Goodluck!

Sounds silly but to me it's very similar to when I was having problems with a trapped nerve. The places that were effected by it were completely random  but so painful. The baby may be laying in a way that is annoying your sciatic nerve unfortunately there's nothing really that can be done until the pressure on it goes away. For me long baths and a hot water bottle were good to ease the pain. Also be conscious of where and how you sit for example a straight backed kitchen chair may be a better option then a soft sofa where you can slouch. :)
