Have you tried sleeping with a pillow? I had horrible back pain with my first preg but when my back started hurting this time i tried using a pillow and havent had any pain sense. I sleep on my side with my pillow next to my stomach with one leg bent and pillow under it. I have always heard to use a body pillow but when i got one it made my back hurt again so went back to reg pillow and am pain free

Try a warm shower or bath. Then if you have someone you can ask to rub your back, ask them for help.

There are stretches you can do if.its not a kidney infection or appendicitis. They can be found in a google search.
