Is it safe to take children's Tylenol for sore throat??.
I actually use about 4 oz of water with it because I drink it hot. But just experiment.
Regular Tylenol is fine to take. Salt water gargle or hot tea with honey and lemon work great for me when I have a sore throat.
1 to 2 tsps Bragg Organic Vinegar in 8 oz
Glass Purified hot Water and (optional) to taste.
1 to 2 tsps Organic Honey,and several drops of lemon.

Tylenol is better for aches and pain that come with being sick. You can take it while pregnant but if you just have a sore throat try sucrets and gargle with warm salt water to kill the bacteria in your throat.
So just make a drink with all that? .
Bragg's apple cider vinegar drink works awesome. Water, honey, lemon and apple cider vinegar.
