milk of magnesia
I asked this in another forum but would love more comments! I'm 1 day overdue and so constipated :( has any one taken milk of magnesia while pregnant? Did it work for you? I've taken it before being pregnant and it always helped. I just get a little nervous about taking things. I see my Dr tomorrow so I plan to ask him too!
I tried it and I puked 10 minutes after taking it. It did not help me whatsoever. It is safe to take, but didn't help me.

Try drinking a dark cup of coffee that always works for me. And I took milk of magnesium with my daughter for heart burn and was told its safe.
