miscarriage question please help if you can relate

I recently found out this past Tuesday that I had a miscarriage.  My husband and I are very sad of course and going through a difficult time. We talked and this has made us want a baby even more. This would have been my second child, we have a 3 year old son and we want to give him a brother or sister. I would like to know for those who have been through this, when did youastart trying again? And if you waited after your first cycle did you do anything to make ur period fome faster than 6 weeks?  Please keep us in your prayers our family really needs it..I don't get pregnant easily so any advice is appreciated. Thank you and God bless you ladies

The best thing to do is wait atleast 3 cycles. I had a miscarriage in march of this year at 6 weeks. Im now 12 weeks today with second baby. My doctor also advised me to wait for a few cycles.. prayers going your way.

I miscarried at 9 weeks 2 days in January. It was a natural miscarriage. I was told to wait one cycle before trying again but by fluke I conceived 2 weeks later ! I am now 37 weeks pregnant with no complications. My doctor then told me she had suggested waiting one cycle only for dating purposes as I had no idea when I had gotten pregnant because I had no period in between.

I had 2 miscarriages last year one in April and one in October, they were due to low progesterone. My cycles had been so all over the place for over a year, due to almost losing my husband to a motorcycle accident and taking care of him after, due to a lot of stress. Started taking Vitex to help even out my periods, luteal phase and raise my progesterone levels. Became pregnant again in December 2013 and was on progesterone and continued with the Vitex for 14 weeks. I now have a 1 month old baby girl, I also have a 6 year old daughter, so it all worked out. I hope you become pregnant  and are blessed again with another baby, I will keep your family in my prayers.

I agree with ladies. I've had four mc and never thought I'd be a mama. Mine were also back to back
Risk is higher of having Mac and get preg right away. I'll be thinking of you guys miscarriages was worse experience ever! I'm now 31 weeks and feel so emotional

Thank you for your comments ladies.  Btw I was 7-8 weeks pregnant maybe earlier they were never able to get a heartbeat. And I naturally misscarried. I will wait for my cycle then try again and try when im ovulating. Praying for the best. This pregnancy wasn't planned but as soon as we found out we were happy and having to lose it just made us realize we want it even more. I will definitely keep taking my prenatal vitamins,  thank you all for commenting and God bless you all

I found out I was pregnant in April this year mothers day I started bleeding hospital told me every thing was OK. 4days later they checked my hcg levels. My phone SAS shut off at the time. They were trying to call me go tell me I miscarried on mothers day but couldn't reach me. June 1st my phone was back on,the called and told me I didn't believe them for I was still nausea and nipples hurt. She said take a home test and u will see it will be negative. I took one was POSITIVE I went in she confirmed I had instantly got pregnant again after the miscarriage within 2weeks of bleeding. I'm now 22 weeks with a healthy little girl. Not everyone has to wait. When u have a cycle that means ur body has cleaned out and is ready (without medical health issues ) find when u ovulate and u can get pregnt at any time. Good luck

My son is five years. I had a miscarrage last year and onother one on march this year.
My doctoe told me to not try to be prignant for 3 periods. Then after 6 monthes I am pregnant again.
Now, every day I has a nightmare that I lost the baby. I go to the bathroom and chick my self if I am bleeding or not..
The first misscarrage was 8 weeks, the second one, we did not hear a heart beet at week 8, but I was 12 week when my body relaes the baby.
I am 7 weekd now.

I misscarried in Nov last year at 3 months and I know how hard it is. We waited about 5 months and now I'm pregnant at 28 weeks without complications :) I agree with taking prenatals before you try again. You want  your body to be as healthy as possible to greater your chances of a successful  pregnancy.

We miscarried at 15 weeks in February. I got pregnant in June. My doc said wait one full cycle before trying again, but I wasn't ready so we waited a bit longer (course we weren't officially trying yet this time but hey) - give yourself time to heal and go through all the emotions first. I was fine for a week or so then it hit me hard and it took me a few months to deal with it.

I had a miscarriage last September, and the doctor told us we really only had to wait for 1 cycle. We ended up waiting until this past April to start trying again, and I took prenatals for a month before that. We're now 25 weeks along with a little girl! I honestly feel like taking the vitamins in advance is a huge help. Good luck!

I have a friend who miscarried at 5 weeks..they started trying immedietly after the miscarriage..conceived first cycle and have niw got a healthy 3 week old son. She told me she had read that the sooner you try after the less chance of miscarrying again..I don't know how true this is though.  I would say that once you have been through the devestation of a miscarriage you tend to worry no matter what..I really hope you gave a happy, healthy, worry free pregnancy when the time comes :)

Sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage in October last year. It happened naturally.  I then fell pregnant again in January this year and now have again daughter of 3 weeks old. I personally think it's down to when you feel ready to try again. Your body is quicker at healing things back to have they were it's your mind and heart that takes a little longer. All the best and it will happen for you xx

I had my second child last year no more then 2 months later I got pregnant again but I lost it at around 6 weeks i was devastated but a bit relieved but I to still want to have another I thought maybe I had the miscarriage because it was so soon after I had my child and my body had yet to recover we waited a year after that and now I'm 10 weeks I believe in waiting to let your body recover I say wait at least 3-6 mo

I had a miscarriage end of June this year. We were sad as it was our first together (I already have a 6 year old from a different relationship). My partner wanted to try again after a few weeks. But I wanted to wait until next year so I could get myself physically in more shape. We decided to try & be careful as it didn't feel right the first time we fooled around without protection afterwards... but, that's all it took! I'm now 10 weeks pregnant & super happy! You try whenever you are ready :) good luck for the future x

I had 2 miscarriages back to back. I waited 1 cycle in between.  It was very difficult,  my  doctor said I more than likely had my 2nd miscarriage because I only waited 1 month. Wait at least 2-3 Cycles to completely clean out u r system.  I Waited a few more cycles and now I'm 4 months pregnant.  Be patient it's worth it.

My doctor suggested we wait six months after our miscarriage. We had a three year old at the time too. Talk to your doctor about chlomid. It's what finally helped us have our son.
