I have been through exactly te same thing, first HCG was 50 around 5 weeks. Started bleeding and that lasted about 5 days. I then had nothing and about a fortnight later had lot of brown discharge. Had another HCG test and levels were down to 2.. It's awful and very upsetting!!

Sorry for your loss! I've had 2 miscarriages & it's a heartbreaking thing to go through.
If it's any comfort you should soon be over the worst if your HCG is only at 11.  It will drop right back to zero & the bleeding etc should stop within a few days & you may just have spotting for some time after.
Do you have any further check-ups booked?

I'm sorry sweetie. I've had two miscarriages myself and know how hard it is to go through that.  Hcg is the hirmonev that your body produces during pregnancy.  With a healthy pregnancy the levels go up, usually doubling daily. When they start to go down that indicates a failed pregnancy and means you will miscarry. Again, I'm really sorry:(

How far along were you? I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. I started spotting very lightly and cramping then went to the ER and that's when they told me I was having a miscarriage. He gave me a week to pass it naturally and at exactly a week, I starting cramping really and bleeding heavily. I went through like a mini labor for about 3 hours until everything came out including the placenta and then all the pain went away. And I only bled lightly for that night.
