what to expect with c-section?

I am scheduled for c-section next monday I am so scared for that spinnal block heard bad stories I dont know what to expect,HELP

I had an emergency csection I was really scared at first I already had an epidural they started the csection and my hubby came in the medicine they gave me made me really shaky but I wasn't all drugged up I remember the whole thing my hubby sat with me until I was all stitches up and heading to the recovery room he went showed the family waiting pics and came right back to the recovery room not all csection are horrible just make sure u get some rest afterwards good luck to u and baby

I had.one. when I went in they hooked me up to IVs and got my catheder in place. It really doesn't hurt at all. The iv in your hand hurts more. Then you and your so go toward the room and.hubby waitS outside the door until your epidural is in place and they start then he comes in. I had someone holding a puke bucket next.to me because the meds made.me.so sick while they were doing the surgery. Then baby's out and.goes to the nursery while hubby goes to and then they stitch you up and you go to recovery for a hr before baby comes in. I was so drugged up and.my surgery was at 8am so make sure you take lots of videos and.pictures BC I don't remember the whole entire day.
