Went to ob after pos. Hpt. Due to delieveries was unable to see doc. They ordered a transvaginal ultrasound and saw nothing. Blood work revealed low hcg levels nurse said I was pregnant but had to come back in seven days for repeat blood work. Why could they see nothing on u/s everything I read points to ectopic

yes eptopic have high HCG levels, my sister had one it was 7 weeeks along and they had to remove her left tube with baby and all. It's probably too early to see anything yet, Make an appointment with your regular dr.

The earlyer the scan is done the more mistakes they can make as it may look like the baby isn't there and the less they can see so they prefer to do it around the 9 or 10 week mark as baby is there and clear to see and it's less stress for you and baby if they do it later xxx

I went in a week after my period was due and we couldn't see anything yet. So don't worry. I'm now 30 weeks.

Its very possible your just too early to see anything, and I might be wrong but I have always heard eptopic pregnancies cause high hcg levels

Not sure my last cycle was late and then very light and lasted for only two days. That was a month ago. I should have started cycle yesterday.

How far along are you? They won't be able to see anything until 7 weeks.
