I heard if you bounce on it, it helps the baby get head down and kinda moves everything in the right direction

I have one too and im 33 weeks.  What do you mean "start using it"? Is there something i should do when im going into labor or at 40 weeks? I just sit on it now and move my hips in circles and to the sides..

At 30 weeks I think you could get the baby in the right position by using the ball, BUT the baby still has plenty of room to flip back. But I am curious as to when to start because I have the ball too and want to know when to start! At least it makes for a comfortable seat for now :)
