morning sickness changed to flu-like symptoms?

Has anyone experienced this? I know morning sickness changes from time to time. Is it normal for it to feel like flu? I don't have a fever. I've lost 3 babies and this will be my first so it's easy to worry about "abnormal" stuff...

I'm not nauseated like I had been but my stomach gurgles and feels awful when I eat, and I'm much closer to puking than I had been. No fever or aches, so maybe it's all good. Honestly it's been years since I had the flu so I guess I better not talk too much lol I just know I feel different than I had.
I'm scheduled for a sono tomorrow morning so I guess I'll find out then how things are going.

Flu like how just very lethargic and achy?  Id really only worry (I know easier said than done) if u did have a fever. If doc says everything is progressing well try to stay positive.
