movement.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, with my fourth pregnancy. I lost my son my last pregnancy at 17 weeks, so while I'm not new to havin babies, haha, I'm very very paranoid durin this current pregnancy. For obvious reasons. I see my dr every two weeks to make sure the baby and I am well and healthy. But I was wonderin if it is normal to not feel hardly any movement durin this period of time?

when we found out we were pregnant again my husband went out and got me a doppler to listen to baby to. It had helped allot with fears. Even now if he is not moving a lot I can still check and listen. Maybe something for you to look into. I know you can get one off Ebay for like 20 or so :)

All I have is girls, this one is a boy! Again, :) such a blessin! Thank all four of you for your responses, I know I'm just paranoid. My girls were all pretty active so its a little nerve wreckin after what happened the last time. Guess there is a diff in boys and girls. I'm sorry for all of you guys' losses. Always here! :) xoxo

I'm almost 22 Weeks on my 4th and delivered my 3rd at 18 Weeks after we found out she passed. So I understand your fears and you are not alone :). My son has he's days now where I feel him and other days I don't feel him at all and those no movement days scare me so bad. But your new little should start being more active and hopefully all is w well :). And im here if you need to talk :)

Hey hun. Am currently preganant with my fourth and also had a loss last yr. I fell pregnant same time again this year. Im now 21 weeks and was also concerned abiut movement as my others was quite active from 16 weeks. This ome seemed quite lazy until about a few days ago. Its very weird how things can change after a few days. I feel her loads now. But i didnt and was so concerned. But some babies are lazy. My boys was acrive all time. This one is a girl and is nothing like my previous ones. So i would not worry  coz trust me things can change quickly like it did with me. And ur lil one will soon be wakin u up with kicks etc. Am not sleepin at min coz cnt get comfy at night lol xxx

Yes it is some babies are just lazy lol and will move when they get ready...i felt my baby at 14weeks and i didn't feel her again until 16 weeks and i didn't start really feeling her until i hit 28weeks it's probably because you have a bigger frame like my self....but now i want her to be still lol its really nothing to worry about and she is my fourth pregnancy but will be my first baby
