mucus plug... what does it look like?

so Im 30wks n I think I hv just lost mine... nt sure as ftm... what does it look like? is it normal to loose it at thia time in pregnancy? x

It will be a pinkish colour. You should maybe consult doctors just to make sure everything is ok.

it was white n was med size... bt I used canersen treatment on Saturday mayb it cud hv bin tht comin out bt I thought it dissolved up there, as it was not pink so doesnt sound like plug then x

Mine was clear tinged with blood and also came out in pieces...... Not necessarily in one big piece.

I was told that, sometimes you won't even know that you lost your mucus plug as it might be very thin strand, broken into pieces and no significant color. Also you may lose a little by little and won't even realize it..it's different for everyone
