mucus plug
Not to sound dumb but does your mucus plug have to have blood in it or can it look like a giant booger (sorry gross I know). Im a ftm and 39.5 weeks pregnant. Last time I was checked I was 2 cm dilated and I want to get this show on the road.

No contractions yet. I see my doctor on tuesday so if I dont have her before then im going to see if she can help things along for me
Im 39w 5d also and nooo plug yet nor dilated. I have an app on monday to get induced if baby doesnt come on his own i will be 40w 2d then. Good luck to u. Have u been feeling any contractions?

It doesn't always have blood necessarily in it. But will have a tinge to it. It won't normally be all clear. But a big glob of snotty looking stuff usually is the mucus plug. Hope this helps. I'm on number 5 and just lost partial of mine on Christmas day im,35 weeks today
