dizzy spells

I'm 21 weeks and lately I've been getting dizzy. When I'm shaving my underarms I feel like I'm gonna fall. Even when I'm reading something close. Ugh I can't deal.

Try also increasing your water intake. It should help... also call your doctor cuz I had symptoms like that and ended up with preeclampsia. And don't let them tell you there is nothing you can do about preeclampsia cuz I reversed mine. Good luck!

That sounds maybe related to vision changes. I've read that in the first trimester dizzy spells are caused by vascular dilation and to lay on the left side if you start to yawn or hyperventalate to prevent injury incase of fall. But I'm not sure about the second trimester..because the third trimester with dizzy spells could be a symptom of preeclampsia... I'd just mention it to the doc.
