natural after emergency section??

Hav any of u gone on to hav a natural birth after havin a c section? I ended up havin to have one after being induced as baby cord got wrapped around her neck. Its the main thing worrying me about baby no2. Found it awful both the procedure and getting over it physically and emotionally.

I had an emergency csection with my first. As bad as i wanted to go natural with my second is was impossible due to the fact i have only one lining. My last doctor only inserted only one lining which he should of been Inserted two so i will be able to have a natural birth the next time around. Its all about safety!! In 6 weeks im due for another csection.

I did v-bac with my second and plan on doing it with my third. But you definitely have to discuss it with your doctor. There are certain risks and you have to certain criteria brie moving forward.

My first I had emergency c-section because the cord was wrapped. So my guess is that it will be available for you.

Same here. I'm in labor and delivery right now. My son six years ago was a c section. I had a friend who had a vbac four years after her son and was fine. My doctor knows how important it is to me to have a natural birth this time around. I just hope and pray it all works out. I just hope my little girl comes out healthy and strong one way or another today

I live in Texas and many docters feel if you've had an emergancy c section once, you should go ahead and have it again. That's not the whole truth. There are many factors but I had a normal healthy pregnancy with my second and a successful v-bac with my second. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant with my third and have no designs on a c section.

I had a natural birth with my 2nd! C section with my first!
My second was actually bigger too!
I much preferred the recovery after natural. Felt like myself sooner. I was in regular pants sooner.
If your dr will let you, Id try it.

My main thing was... after 2 c sections here, thats it. No natural birth for you! I wanted to experience child birth start to finish! So I was super determined!
