I'm DESPERATE for nausea remedies. I was given medication but I don't feel comfortable taking it. HELP PLEASE!

Nothing worked better for me than zofran. I was soooo sick and took 1. Within 15 minutes I was starving. The nausea had been masking mt hunger.  Still sitting in the pharmacy parking lot, I drove over to Wendy's and ate a cheeseburger snd fries. Since then, I've only had to take it a few more times. Once I started to eat, get some nutrients, and rest I started feeling better.

My bff took prevacit acid reflux pill. She couldn't hold anything down and said this worked best. They sell it at the local pharmacy. Small pink pill

Unisom (or any antihistamine) and zofran both come with risk of birth defects, fyi.

Zofran can cause constipation.. try hard candy or lemon..

Warm water with lemon juice helps digest food

For me it was vitamin b6 and unisom at night. Plus eating a lot of fruits and veggies during the day, and cutting out breads and sugars after 6pm

Preggie Pops work great. I know you can get them from Motherhood Maternity.

Peppermint  oil!! The scent helps and peppermint  candy! The dr. Prescription Zofran also works well!

I usually drink sparkling soda to ease my naseua, and eat ice cream it help alots!
