neasua

I am 5 weeks and struggling with bad nausea. I'm looking for an essential oil to use. I've looked online but one website will say one thing to use and the next will say not to use that one. Thanks

I was nauseous for the first trimester and found that if I didn't let myself get too hungry I was better off. Snacking before and after bed helped me and eating/sucking on peppermints worked too.

I just had to get on medicine for the same reason.  I lost 5 lbs last week from not eating.  I was prescribed Reglan but was also told vitamin B6 helps.

Peppermint gum has worked wonders for me. It may or may not work for you. Hope you find something cus that's no fun!

Thanks I'll have to look into those pops! I'm going nuts. I'm trying to avoid drugs if at all possible.

I have had bad nausea but the 2 best things I have found are preggo pops (a little candy found at babies r us, just eat one in the mornings and whenever u feel sick and u r good to go) and I have had to start taking an over the counter b6 vitamin twice a day, my sister said to keep a pack of saltine crackers by u r bed and every morning as soon as uwake eat about 5 of them and u will be good to go, and that worked for her
