I realize this is an app for pregnant women however I am a ftm of 3 weeks and I am not making enough breast milk for my little one.  It's there something I can do or take to help my milk flow more. My little one eats and eats but is never full.

I had the same problem. My baby was always fussy and I felt like all I did was nurse her all day. I was miserable and so was she. I finally started pumping and realized I was only producing like an ounce each side. I started supplementing half brest milk and half formula in a bottle and after a week or so was producing 4oz each side at a time. I ended up switching completely to formula. I should have been pumping from the start and maybe I wouldn't have had any issues. So, I suggest pump, pump, pump!!

Try eating things lime walnuts with condensed milk.  Pepperidge farm cookies and have a cup of black tea mixed with milk.  This creates fatter milk.  That's what you need to make baby more content.   Because sounds like your milk is not as fatty.  Watery more...that's why baby isn't satisfied.  I am pregnant with 6th.  Blessings...

Fennel essential oil around the breast will increase milk production. Fenugreek,  mother's milk tea, brewers yeast, lactation cookies, maxi milk, plenty of water and frequent nursing or pumping.

Nurse more frequently. Offer the breast whenever baby wants it. Try using your breasts to comfortyour baby when they cry instead of a pacifier. The stimulation will help a lot. You can try and pump after feedings for an extra 10 minutes, even if nothing is coming out it will tell your body that it needs to produce more milk. There are also some foods that increase milk supply, like fenugreek, flax, brewer's yeast, oats, etc. Google lactation cookies. I found some really tasty recipes that helped. You can also buy fenugreek and flax pills. Another thing that may help is doing breast compressions while breastfeeding. Good luck mama!

My cousin had the same issue. She ended up supplementing with organic formula. I believe it's called Earth's Best. Said her little guy did great on it.

Ask for the tablets that help you increase your milk flow. Go and see your dr and tell them what is happening they can help.
