I would agree all pregnancys are different. I am on my 5th. With my 4 others I only produced after they were born with no leaking prior. I always had plenty of a supply. Kudos on breastfeeding & best of luck!
The more the baby nurses, the more milk your body will produce. Your doc will tell you how to know if baby is getting enough...usually by counting the number of wet/dirty diapers per day. If you nursed prior babies successfully, you shouldn't have a problem.
Don't worry, it will come in especially if it's there already. I never leaked prior to birth and had plenty of milk after 2 deliveries. Definitely most important to drink plenty of water, I was also told to eat oatmeal with flax seed, an old wives tale is to drink yeasty beer but obviously you have to be very careful with that and there is a tea called mama's milk as well.
Ok because with my other two pregnancy i leaked bad before i gave birth to them its like with this pregnancy its different i dont have that much milk coming out like it did before i was just courious
I agree with the pp, your supply won't come in until a few days after you deliver. I always just drank plenty of water, like 150-200 oz a day. I had enough milk to feed a small village :) I was able to nurse both my newborn and 15 month old daughter. Can't wait for this little one to come..I love nursing my babies
After delivery hav ample intake of cumin seeds in food ...milk supply will b good...
You won't have your full supply of milk until after your baby is born and she/he begins to nurse. What you are experiencing now is colostrum. Some women still have a few issues with milk supply during actual breastfeeding which in that case I recommend an herb called fenugreek which you can drink in tea form and increases milk supply. I wouldn't recommend this until after baby is born, begins to nurse, and your full supply comes in.
