Yeah i am ten weeks and i am just barley getting mine back. I am told once you get to your second trimester you get more energy then lose it again during your third. Rest as much as possible. And lots of b vitamins and fiber and water. I was having a bm once every couple weeks if i was lucky. Just get lots of water and fiber.. you will be fine. :-) b vitamins will boost your energy
Vitamin B12. Trust me, I almost fell asleep driving!
