So my nose keeps bleeding n it's so irritating n my fiance is freaking out just keeps looking at me because I have had nose bleeds in the pasr wich caused me to faint but this one is not bad it's itching which is weird what stops a nose bleed

Its common to have nose bleeds and sinus problems during pregnancy as our vessels are dilating and we have all the extra blood circulating. Try getting a humidifier to put moisture in the air. Also get plenty of vitamin K this helps with clotting. Dark leafy greens have Vitamin K. Good luck

Have you had your iron checked? My iron was fine early one but I found out at 28 weeks it was really low. I suffered from nose bleeds from week 17 up until about 3 weeks after stsrting my iron

Ice will stop it at the time because anything cold clots your blood but idk how to stop it from coming back

During pregnancy its normal n ive had it throughout my first pregnancy n it would start n stop on it own cuz idk what stops it. Good luck momma
