I do plain Greek yogurt with a spoonful of peanut butter mixed in most days. Some times I'll even crush up some peanuts or cashews and mix those in too, if I'm feeling fancy.
Really can't say enough good stuff about yogurt. It's good for your gut flora, and a good source of calcium and protein!

I make a smoothie in my nutri bullet with frozen fruit ,lots raw organic spinach, 2 dates,banana,chia,flax,or raw organic shelled hemp seed and coconut water or almond milk.Delicious, nutrient dense and will keep you regular!
That's what I was told in the begining of my pregnancy. It didn't work at all. I'm now 33 weeks and it was twice as bad. So I had to try something else.
You can also eat foods high in fiber.
