Ok as I said I'll be 4 weeks postpartum i had sex on the 6th did the pregnancy earlier around 7:30 I don't I waited the 4 minutes since it had the like negative so I threw it away well right now I went to the restroom and idk for some reason I grabbed the pregnancy test from the trash to check it again and it had that other line kinda faint should I beleive that in pregnant or not idk what to think anymore :(

Hi ladies well I took another pregnancy test this morning my first urine of the day and it came out negative...thanks ladies...I'm glad I'm not since I just seperated from my husband...but somebody told me to wait another two weeks just in case just to be sure...

That is how it happened with my last daughter. I took a test and waited the set time and it said neg well I tossed it in the garbage in the bathroom. I was at my brothers house when I took it, he found it after I went home. He called me later that day all excited cause he thought his girlfriend was pregnant, I had to be the one to tell him it was my test. We argued for about an hr him saying it was positive and me saying negative. Long story short I went to the clinic a few days later to retest and it said positive.

I understand your problem, my husband and I had a rough time just before I found out and it continued throughout my pregnancy. After a long consideration I decided to work it out with his cheating a.s.s. if I had not been pregnant his a.s.s would have been gone, I don't play that and only gave him a chance because we were having baby five and he agreed to get help.

You'll have to take another as they aren't accurate after the window.  I did the same thing a few years ago and thought I was pregnant.  I took another in the morning and checked it only within the window and it was negative.

Try having sex while your ovulating...you can also buy an ovulation predictor...

Go to health department, they do free testing. :-) Walmart also sells tests like $7? Cheapie that's what we did and it was accurate since I'm 29 weeks right now.

You have to follow the instructions. The test becomes invalid after the stated amount of time bc they can turn out to be falsely positive after too much time has passed. Most tests say that you shouldn't read the test after 10 minutes have passed.

I'd say your pregnant when I first took a test it took over the time to bring up a faint positive but it was since I was so early I'm currently 13 weeks 5 days and with you just having a baby you are super fertile

I took a test at work around 8pm and forgot about and then saw a faint line like ten mins later! I grabbed two more test took home. I took one at 430 am and one at 8am, they were still positive and even darker than each time.

You only get a positive sign if you are pregnant I don't know how many tests I've peed on and even if I look at the lines later they are the same, positive or negative, faint or not. I would wait a week or so then do another test the line will come up darker the further along you are.

ive never had a test get thst extra line if i wasnt pregnant no matter how lobg i left it and the positive lines always stay too..maybe get a first response test..or one that tests for a lower level of hormone to clarify..good luck mummy

Ohh just saw you looked at the old test - they all will show positive cuz the test is just wet. You have to look during the time window. Take another but check it when you're supposed to just so you know for sure!

Hormones are crazy, but it is possible.  Get checked out asap! My friend went through this and all turned out well so it can be done!

After the 4 minutes if you wait to long the test is bad. You'll have to take another.
