I also sleep with a lot of pillows lol I got 1 for my legs 1 for my belly and back and another to hold not to mention the other 2 pillows for my head and shoulders ...pillows r a pregos best friend lol
I have that problem too. I lay on my left and my right shoulder/neck hurts and vice versa...guess I will try the pillows as well. I am only 12 weeks.
I'm 22 weeks and can't get comfortable either. Laying down hurts my hips, sitting hurts my booty, I get leg pain and restless legs. Try stretching before bed. When I stretch I sleep a lot better. I have a pregnancy pillow that supports my back and tummy and goes in between my legs and i still hurt. It helps but...I'm still laying on my sides either way. Too much belly!!
It is a lot of pillows, but it really & truly helps me get & stay comfortable so I do actually get to sleep between bathroom trips. I drink a TON of water during the day, So that part is kind of my own fault!
Thats alot of pillows mammamac and the urination isnt too awful bad right now but im having the breathing problem also
I'm 30 weeks on Monday & I sleep with a body pillow between my legs and wedged under my belly, a regular, super fluffy pillow Weged behind me and another regular pillow on top of my body pillow to "hug" and keep my shoulders aligned-it also keeps pressure off my rib cage & makes it easier to breathe easily. Now if only I could come up with a Way to cure frequent urination during the night!!
I wonder if it could be sciatic pain? I guess need to get me a body pillow and see if that helps first.
Pillows and heating pads. And dont be afraid to take a benadryl so u can get some sleep cause it'll only get harder and more painful.
Would the ones from walmart work?
There are special body pillows that might help.
