omgosh it hurts

Im 24 weeks & 1 day pregnant and im finding it hard to get comfortable when i lay down. If i lay on my left it hurts my right side or vice versa. Has this happened to any of you mommas and what can I do?

No matter the pain its worth it bc I get to meet my little man in October :)

I have that problem too. I lay on my left and my right shoulder/neck hurts and vice versa...guess I will try the pillows as well. I am only 12 weeks.

I'm 22 weeks and can't get comfortable either. Laying down hurts my hips, sitting hurts my booty, I get leg pain and restless legs. Try stretching before bed. When I stretch I sleep a lot better. I have a pregnancy pillow that supports my back and tummy and goes in between my legs and i still hurt. It helps but...I'm still laying on my sides either way. Too much belly!!

It is a lot of pillows, but it really & truly helps me get & stay comfortable so I do actually get to sleep between bathroom trips. I drink a TON of water during the day, So that part is kind of my own fault!

I'm 30 weeks on Monday & I sleep with a body pillow between my legs and wedged under my belly, a regular, super fluffy pillow Weged behind me and another regular pillow on top of my body pillow to "hug" and keep my shoulders aligned-it also keeps pressure off my rib cage & makes it easier to breathe easily. Now if only I could come up with a Way to cure frequent urination during the night!!

I wonder if it could be sciatic pain? I guess need to get me a body pillow and see if that helps first.

Pillows and heating pads. And dont be afraid to take a benadryl so u can get some sleep cause it'll only get harder and more painful.

There are special body pillows that might help.
