over the counter water pills?

Can we use these?  I'm so bloated and swelled from walking around yesterday.  Can I buy and use over the counter water pills? My next appt isn't for another week. ..

I would call the OB office they should be able to tell you over the phone. If you slice cucumbers and put in water to drink that will work as a natural diuretic and would probably be safer than pills.
