pain in lower abdomen

Within the last two days I have had sporadically pain in my lower abdomen.  I went to the hospital last night.  They couldn't figure it out. They said the baby must be laying on a fibroid. I had them before and had surgery to remove them before I was pregnant. They gave me tylenol which helped but I don't want to be dependent on it.   Now the pain is back. What to do?  I'm a ftm.

My bet is round ligament pain. Mine comes and goes and has since about 16 weeks. I was size 4-6 before pregnancy and I'm now almost 27 weeks. One of my round ligaments connects right next to a fibroid so that was fun but it gets easier.
