Migraines are caused by not getting enough blood to your head. Push on pressure points on the back of your neck. Increase pressure until it hurts but is withstandable. About 3 minutes of this and slowly release pressure while messaging. Keep eyes closed and don't move for 5 more minutes. Works for me every time no pills.
Drink coke with the Tylenol it helped me
If it's persistent you could talk to your doctor for advice. Try cold compress.
