Night after my babies birth and in alot of pain. Pain not easing off & still in hospital eeeek!! I had to get 10 stiches around vagina and 15 around bottom :'( and ohhhh hurting today
Ooooh im being induced on wed and completely forgot about the spray till now. Yes! The spray! Man that helps! I also sprayed really hot water down there for some reason that felt good. Then thr spray after.
It'll get better just hang in there! I had an episiotomy with my first baby and the cooling packs that you put in your underwear, dermoplast spray, and sitz bath helped a lot with the pain.
