pains! :( help please 22 weeks

I'm 22 weeks pregnant nearly 23 and I was sat down at work and all of a sudden I felt period pains in my middle part of my stomach. It felt as though I was in my period as that's how I felt when I was. It lasted for nearly an hour. Can anyone please shed some light on this as I'm worried but I hsve read about ligament pain but I just find it strange as I have not felt this before. Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you :)

I experience same tin wen my baby was 27weeks, for gud 72hours , called my doctor and she told me it normal..... So far dere is not blood coming out from my virgina

I have had it a couple times and went to the hospital. This is my 4th pregnancy and didn't have these with my other 3 children. They told me that it was just my body stretching and that the pain will go away. I hope all goes well for you

I was just sat down at the time and just felt it all of a sudden so I wasn't moving about so I just hope it is normal ligament pain

Sometimes if you move to quickly or fast it can cause a pain that really hurts. It's happened to me and it's taken the wind out of my sails. If you ever feel super worried then call your doctor and ask
