Justmel1986* Yeah they are helpful but it's about actually having time to go to each visit, missing one..means a week of pain!! I have my hands completely full and go when my luck allows lol. This is my 7th pregnancy, all 6 were born via cesarean delivery. So time is definitely not only side. The pregnancy pillows do no good and strong pain medication isn't an option. Us woman are strong! Amazing!! And *arowman1086...I really hop that you find something that works for you!! Bed rest may be suggested if your condition continues the rate it's at now..bless your heart!!!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and feel like a new woman since I been to the chiropractor. I didn't know my pelvis was twisted and my spine moves out a alignment I've been two the chiropractor 3 times and I can walk and do my job without any problems. Do it ladies honest it's the best thing I've ever done. Make sure you go to one that specialises in pregnancy pains, they have pillows that have a bump shape to you can lie on your belly. Amazing!

Awww you poor thing!! That's definitely very early on!! I didn't begin to have trouble until about 25 weeks. I literally cried with each therapy visit but continue going. It will take some practice but you will find one special movement that releases stress of your ligament, that will give your hip bones room to what therapist explained to be as "settled". Mine was moving one leg at a time in circles but under water, I couldn't imagine trying this outside of water until I reached my comfortable position.

They do have me going to therapy now 3xs a week and yes this pain is unbearable at times. It starts in my lower back travels done my butt and to my legs. I can barely walk on my right side all my weight has to be on my left side.

I had something similar to that and actually went to see a physical therapist. Swimming is what actually helped me!!!! It didn't completely solve the problem, that didn't occur until I gave birth. But it definitely helps control the pain and gives your body the strength to move without constantly being in pain and in danger of falling.
