Honestly I live off of my Afrin Nasal spray.... without it I AM SO congested that it's unbearable. It is the only thing that works for me. If nothing else works for you try it

If you are afraid of meds try a neti pot. Salt water in a pot or squeeze bottle to flush the sinuses. Sleep with a humidifier by your bed and try vaporub on your chest. All natural ideas.

Thanks everyone. Been sick for a boy a month. I was pretty much all better and then like a couple days ago woke up with sinus congestion..hate it. I hate being sick.

Benadryl is safe, I have pregnancy hives so I have to take it, its fda class B so its safe. I'm also congested and bought a humidifier.   Best thing I ever bought I wake up not congested and feel refreshed. Hope this helps, also claratin, zyrtec they are all safe during pregnancy

Oh no I hope you feel better soon! I haven't had this so this isn't coming from a doctor... but I did just read that it is okay to take one or two a day for only 1 to 2 days after your 13 weeks. So you should be fine taking one tonight. Just keep drinking lots of fluids. But like I said, that is not coming from a doctor, just what I read.
