pregnancy brain and stress...

Ok all my furniture is leather and I have decided before I got pregnant that we would have no more cats after our old cat died. Well I have been doing all kinds of crazy stuff since I got pregnant... my husband and five girls wanted a kitten and a friend of ours called and asked if we wanted one. I said yes we picked it up and went kitty shopping. The next day my brother found a homeless kitten trapped in the woods behind our house in a storm and I took it in also.. now they are walking On my furniture and have ruined my office chair in my bedroom. I am very stressed and start cramping when I get so aggravated and don't know what to do.. my furniture is new and I can't afford to buy more.. what was I thinking, what's wrong with my head...

Declaw them. My kids ruined my leather furniture to the point that I had to take my mom's couch that she had since I was little lol I'm actually surprised it's just the cats ruining the furniture and not the children. But yeah, declaw their *sses.

Make sure you have a couple good scratching posts for them to use preferably with cat nip. Then put double sided tape on the areas that they're scratching or jumping up on. If they're kittens it shouldn't take them long to learn. There's also training cans. They're filled with air so if you catch them doing something bad push the button and the quick puff of air scares them enough to make them stop. And they're small so they fit in your pocket so you'll always have it on you. Until you can fully train them put thick blankets or towels on your leather seats. The kitten claws should still be small enough not to go through.
