Is it time for your cycle yet? If you haven't actually missed a cycle yet you should wait to test. Some people have cramping during implantation amd maybe even some spotting. Hopefully for you that is what you were experiencing. Good luck.

Estimate of it's been 28 days since your last period. If you have a headache, drink water. You can test up to 4 days before your expected period, but you'll get a more accurate reading if you wait until you've missed your period. For example, I tested 4 days before and got a negative reading, and then I tested the day of, and got a positive reading.

Also, test in the morning with your first urine, because it will have a higher hcg content.
