prenatal pills making me sick

Now I am finally in my second trimester and the strangest thing is happening, everytime I taking my prenatals in the morning I feel like I wanna throw them up. I was wondering if this has happen to anyone or if you ladies have any advice as to what to do. I eat a full meal than take them with water. I take one dha pill and the regular vitamin.

Try taking them at a different time...I have found taking them with my dinner helps keep them down.

Prenatal s make me super sick this is my 4th pregnancy and i couldnt take them with any of my pregnancies. My doctors have always told me to take Flintstones complete vitamins they have every thing your baby needs minus making you sick. All my kids have come out healthy.

Sometimes after I take my prenatal, I eat a couple more bites and that seems to help me. You can try asking your dr, they might suggest a different type for you.

I take my prenatal before bed and it helps so much, try it and hope that helps!

I take the prenatal gummies... they don't have iron in them because of their resemblance to gummy bears (and kids want them) so they are much gentler on the stomach

I am 35 +5 and haven't been able to take prenatal vitamins during this entire pregnancy. My Dr has me taking Flintstones gummies.

I switched to the gummy vitamins and I'm so happy I did..trying to swallow that horse pill was not working for me. I also take mine before bed. Good luck :)
