I'm taking TheraNatal. The doc recommended it. Three different tabs a day. There's a discount code if you go this route. I'd love some gummies though. Maybe I can switch next trimester.
With my first baby my insurance covered them so I did prescription ones. This one I take over the counter one a day prenatal. It seems to be doing well for me so far :)
Rainbow light Prenatal One
Spring Valley with all 3 of my pregnancies.
In the first trimester I took folic acid the prenatals my doctor prescribed me and dha now I just take the prenatal my doctor prescribed me and dha
I use organic gluten free prenatals
Citranatal the dr gave me its 2 kinds of pills
Gummy vitamins are great for me! Sometimes I take one of my kids Flinstones vitamins, they're tasty too! Swallowing pills makes me gag in pregnancy and the iron in prenatals make me constipated. My midwife says gummies and Flinstones are just fine. They equal the same amount of folic acid. And I get plenty of iron in my diet because I eat A LOT! good luck
It's best to take one tailored to pregnancy, typically it will concentrate on folic acid and vitamin d.
pregnacare vitamins original
Prescription vitimins and iron as extra
I take the chewable gummies from walmart
I take nature made brand only because I don't use gelatin and dha in my diet
Someone's they cone in good deal with buy 1 get 1 free
It had extra folic acid and that's good enough for my Hgb
With my first baby I only took a prescription prenatal. Mostly because my insurance covered the cost that way. But I had a healthy baby!
I take a whole food prenatal, fish oil, liquid calcium. And an extra folic acid in the first trimester only. Vitamin Code is a good brand. But I would try and Google a list of requirements, like so much iron, so much of whatever the other important ones are, take that list with you to the store, and make sure the one you buy has them all.
